Discover the Orange Heritage Trailway—a 9.5 mile paved bike path that gently descends through pastoral farmland to Goshen, and then return to Beacon by way of Sarah Wells Trail—one of the region’s most scenic cycling roads and very lightly trafficked.

The route also includes a traverse of Harriman Park.

Note that RWGPS route has re-routed off Orrs Mills Rd, up Jackson, Mt Airy, Etc to Rt 207, as Rt 32 on original route is not bike friendly.

Lunch at David's Bagels on Rt 202, Mt Ivy.

Metro North bike permit needed for return.

Check Metro North timetable for train times.
