Tips

The User Name and Password entries are case-sensitive. Take care to enter the information in its proper case. Also take care not to enter any trailing spaces for the User Name and Password.

What is the User Name and Password?

New members and renewing members alike receive the User Name and Password immediately after registering through Active.com. It appears in a confirmation email sent by Active.com on behalf of nycc.org. Be sure this email has not been filtered out as spam by your email program.

In addition, the User Name and Password are also included in each of the NYCC's weekly emailings, "EWeekly NYCC News + Ride Listings". This emailing service is provided to active NYCC club members. If you are not receiving this email it may be due to the following reasons:

• your membership has lapsed and requires renewal
• your had not elected to receive this email
• the email is being filtered by spam blocking software

When do the User Name and Password change?

The User Name and Password are changed at around March of each year. At this time of year all club memberships are expected to be renewed for the current calendar year.
