Login troubleshooting

This page provides some solutions to solving your logging in difficulties with the NYCC ride submission program.

Is this the first time you are logging in?
If so, you must first create a ride leader profile. To do so, click here.

Have you activated your account?
Before logging into the system for the first time you must activate your account. To do so, click the activation link provided by an email confirmation message. This message was sent by webmaster@nycc.org immediately after you completed the ride leader profile form. If the message has not reached the inbox of your email program, please check to see if it has been snagged by any spam filters at work.

Can’t remember your password?
Then click here.

Are you brought immediately back to the login page without any error message given?
If so, then you must have a cookie enabled web browser set to accept cookies from the NYCC website. Please check your web browser’s settings to ensure that cookies may be accepted from this website.
