This ride was designed to occur each April in,
as Scott puts it, “commiseration and celebration of
Paris-Roubaix on Brooklyn cobblestone.” Paris-Roubaix,
considered the “Queen of the Classics” is a race
famous for its many cobblestone sections. Scott has strung as
many cobblestone sections together as Brooklyn offers.
The finish, at the Water Street Bar in Dumbo, is designed to
offer participants the opportuniy to watch the Paris-Roubaix
race on OLN and exercise their beer hoisting muscles.
